At Sin Bin Performance, we are dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals realistically while still maintaining variety. After over a decade in the game on collegiate, travel, and senior club levels I've found that most programming out there is built for athletes that are already fit and know their way around a gym, without much consideration for enjoyment. But for players new to weightlifting and/or rugby, there aren't many options that are accessible financially or exercise wise. I started Sin Bin Performance to fill that gap - not every rugby player can crank out 20 pushups, not every player can stay consistent with repetitive programs, and that's ok!
Sin Bin programs are designed to develop explosive strength and speed for every level, focusing on improving your performance as a rugby player rather than just building muscle and lifting heavy. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned athlete, I strive to create programs that meet your specific needs. We work with individuals athletes and teams with the aim of dominating on the field today as well as keeping your body healthy for many years of play. Programs
Programs come in one of two forms: flat PDF or follow-along through the TrainHeroic app. Flat programs are lower cost and are tracked on your own while follow-along programs provide app access with the ability to track your exercises, energy and stress levels, and modifiable (by trainer or player) exercise blocks.

Team Program
Get your players on the road to success with our specialized fitness program designed to increase explosive strength, power, and speed. Follow-along team plans include app access for one coach to track all players training logs.
Individual Program
From beginners to seasoned weightlifters, I build out your program specific to your needs and limitations. These programs are personalized based on equipment, time, fitness level, and any injuries past or present.
