As a seasoned rugger and lifelong athlete, I'm excited to invite you into my realm of sports performance. With over a decade of rugby experience, spanning from college to club to select sides, I've dedicated substantial time to refining my craft through personal trial and study. It's from this journey that Sin Bin Performance was born—a platform aimed at empowering athletes to reach their peak potential swiftly and effectively. Every exercise and training block within Sin Bin programming has been tested personally and honed through my own experiences, ensuring that each step of the way is guided by firsthand knowledge.

Before stumbling upon rugby during my freshman year at the University of Texas at Austin, I dabbled in a mix of athletic adventures: cheerleading, gymnastics, and bodybuilding. Those experiences weren't just for kicks—they ended up teaching me a lot about functional fitness versus strict strength training. That knowledge has come in handy and leveled up my game both on the field and in program building.

Over the past six years, I've had the privilege of coaching collegiate and club rugby teams, leading them to national glory as the head coach of the two-time national champion National Collegiate Rugby Lone Star Womxn's All Star 7's team. It's been an honor to share my passion for the sport and help others reach their goals on the field, especially in the often overlooked womxn's game.

As a certified ISSA Strength and Conditioning Specialist, I combine my practical experience with science-backed expertise to craft tailored programs that optimize performance and minimize the risk of injury. Beyond the realm of just sports performance, I aim to create an inclusive LGBTQIA+ informed fitness space. As a proud transgender and queer athlete I'm committed to breaking barriers and inspiring others to embrace their power.

So, whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey, join me as we redefine the boundaries of strength and conditioning together. Let's get you out of the sin bin and back in the try zone.
